The profession of Restaurant and Hosting Employee brings together a set of sub-professions that are sometimes very specific in terms of the level of specialization. Also, the restaurant and accommodation employee prepares and maintains the various spaces where he offers his services. He sets up, welcomes, and installs or lodges his customers. He prepares and serves drinks as well as food. He is also able to invoice services, manage the cash register and stocks. It is a synthesis of the restaurant and hotel trades.
